Metabolism Based Eating Provider/Coach subscription fee

This is a recurring monthly fee to maintain your provider contract.  The card on file will be charged monthly on same day that you joined (e.g. the 5th of every month).

Should you want to cancel, we require a 30 days written notice.

You must be a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer, or other approved Health Professional in good standing with appropriate training and credentials to become a Metabolism Based Eating Provider and Coach with us.
