Todd Miller, PhD, CSCS*D, TSAC-F, FNSCA

 

Dr. Todd Miller is an internationally known weight loss and fitness expert, and is the Director of the Weight Management and Human Performance Lab at George Washington University in Washington DC.  He is also an associate professor in the Department of Exercise & Nutrition Sciences, where he developed the Master’s degree program in Strength & Conditioning.  Dr. Miller’s research interests have included studies of exercise adherence in commercial health clubs; caloric expenditure during interactive video gaming in school children; obesity treatment in retired NFL players, and most recently, the role of strength training in preventing and treating overweight/obesity in women.  He has won GW’s Excellence in Teaching Award 5 times.
