Hi, I’m Stephanie Mull, a Registered Dietitian, Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 25 years of experience helping people transform their health, performance, and body composition.

My passion for nutrition started early—as a competitive gymnast, I quickly learned how much the right fueling, timing, and mindset can impact performance and recovery. That experience sparked a lifelong fascination with the science of nutrition and how it supports real people, whether they’re elite athletes or everyday individuals trying to feel their best.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Dietetics from James Madison University, completed my Dietetic Internship at East Carolina University, and earned a Master of Science in Exercise, Fitness, and Health Promotion from George Mason University. Over the years, I’ve worked in hospitals, research labs, university classrooms, and private practice—giving me a unique, well-rounded perspective on metabolism, fat loss, and athletic performance.

Today, I’m the owner of Metabolism Based Eating, LLC, where I work virtually with clients around the country to personalize nutrition strategies that improve energy, body composition, and long-term metabolic health. I also teach graduate-level sports nutrition at American University and provide sports dietitian services to their athletic teams.
